Data controller

Elina is a product of Metehan Şal (Trabzon), who operates under the Kleaps brand. Under the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), the data controller is Metehan Şal. For any question about this notice, you can write to support@kleaps.com.

What data we process

• Contact data: when you write to us by email, your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message.
• Data of our service customers: business name, the name and contact details of the authorized person, and billing information.
• Instagram and Facebook data: the IDs and access tokens (stored encrypted) of the Instagram professional account (and, if connected, the Facebook Page) that the business we serve has authorized us to access, published posts, the account's reach, views and engagement insights and, if included in the service, the comments received on posts and the messages received by the account.
• Content data: the photos and videos the business sends us, the videos and texts prepared from them, and approval correspondence.

This site does not use cookies or visitor tracking tools, and its fonts are served from our own server. The customer dashboard (app.elinasocial.com) uses only a strictly necessary session cookie to keep you signed in; no tracking or advertising cookies are used.

Why we process it

• To prepare videos and posts for the business we have a contract with, submit them for approval and publish the approved ones.
• If included in the service, to reply to comments and messages received on posts, with the business's approval.
• To show the business the reach and engagement insights of its own account.
• To respond to your requests and to prepare quotes and invoices.
• To fulfil our legal obligations (tax and commercial records).

Our legal grounds, under Article 5 of the KVKK, are the establishment and performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation and, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms, our legitimate interest.

Who we share it with

To provide the service, we share data with the following groups of recipients: hosting and database service providers, AI-assisted text and voice-over service providers, Meta (Instagram and Facebook), where the posts are published, and, for businesses that give their approvals through Telegram, Telegram. Some of these service providers have their servers abroad. Transfers abroad are carried out in accordance with the procedures set out in Article 9 of the KVKK. We also share data with authorized public authorities where required by law. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep it for the duration of the service. When the connection is removed or the service ends, we delete the Instagram and Facebook access tokens. We keep records such as invoices and contracts for the legal retention periods; when the period expires, we delete or anonymize them.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you can request to:

• Learn whether your data is processed and, if it is, request information about it.
• Learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose.
• Know the third parties, in Turkey and abroad, to whom the data is transferred.
• Have it corrected if it is incomplete or inaccurately processed.
• Have it deleted or destroyed.
• Have the correction and deletion notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred.
• Object to an outcome against you that results from an analysis carried out solely by automated systems.
• Have the damage compensated if you suffer damage because of unlawful processing.
